Subscription Order. By subscribing to Acoustic Guitar All Access, you gain access to all of the content published on www.acousticguitar.com. You will receive a temporary initial password giving you complete web site access immediately upon submitting your subscription order. You may continue to log in using the temporary password until you receive your permanent password, within 30 days of ordering. Upon logging into www.acousticguitar.com with your permanent password, a cookie will be placed on your computer, so that you will not be required to enter login information more than once.
Subscription Term. By subscribing to Acoustic Guitar All Access, you are establishing a permanent account and granting us permission to charge you for this service by billing your credit card periodically, either every month, every quarter, or every year, as you have indicated in your initial order. We call this permission “automatic renewal.”
Subscription Cancellation. You may cancel your initial subscription order prior to submitting your credit card number. You may not cancel your initial order after you have submitted your credit card.
The automatic renewal of your subscription can be cancelled at any time, including right after subscribing, without affecting the current subscription term. Please complete your request for cancellation of the automatic subscription renewal at least ten (10) business days prior to the renewal date to avoid the automatic renewal. To request the cancellation of the automatic subscription renewal, please send an e-mail with your full name and registered e-mail address to agallaccess@stringletter.com.
Subscription Payment & Renewal. By submitting your subscription order for processing, you hereby authorize us to charge this order to the credit card provided, as well as all subsequent subscription renewal payments, until otherwise instructed. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as 'AG All Access' or 'Acoustic Guitar All Access.'
For your convenience and to ensure that your access to the service remains uninterrupted, unless we hear from you, we will automatically renew your subscription at the expiration of the then-current term for another term of equal duration. You may, at any time, elect to extend the term of your subscription billing cycle from a shorter to a longer period, or vice versa. To request a change in your billing cycle, please send an e-mail with your full name and registered e-mail address to agallaccess@stringletter.com, indicating the billing term you prefer.
If you elected to pay for the service by providing us with your credit card, we will charge your card on file for the cost of another term at the initial rate using the information you previously provided us by phone, on our web site, or through a paper billing process. You will not be notified in advance of your impending renewal, but will receive a confirmation e-mail receipt of the completed charge to the e-mail address on file. If the information in our files is out of date, we will contact you for fresh information in order to complete the charge.
We reserve the right to increase the price of your subscription on the Service upon renewal, but we will notify you prior to any increase. If you wish to cancel your renewal for any reason, please do so within ten (10) business days of the renewal date by e-mailing agallaccess@stringletter.com.
Subscriptions cancelled prior to the end of a subscription term will not receive a prorated refund. All purchases are final. After a subscription has been renewed, you will not receive refunds or reimbursements of subscription fees.
If the credit card cannot be verified by our third-party processing company, the order or renewal will not be processed and the subscription will not be activated or renewed. In that case, we will contact you for new information to complete the transaction.
